Racial Equity

DCFA's projects are shaped by the following systemic challenges within the Black community in Dudley:
-Understanding the barriers of institutional racism
-Economic disparities
-Social exclusion

DCFA continue to deliver and develop holistic strategies that address the ongoing community experiences of inequalities in education, employment, leadership development, and financial empowerment. Tackling Economic & Employment Inequalities, and limited access to IT skills, prevent many from securing sustainable careers. Our programmes provide accredited training, digital literacy workshops, and industry-specific skills development, ensuring participants are work-ready and competitive in the job market.
