What is Pathways2Purpose?
Pathways2Purpose is a free programme that supports young people to improve their confidence, wellbeing and employability.
Everyone's journey is different. That's why we create a personalised support plan based on your goals, interests and circumstances.
Our friendly team will help you build the skills and confidence you need to take your next step into education, training, employment or volunteering.
Who Can Join?
You may be eligible if you:
• Are aged 18–21
• Live in the Dudley Borough
• Are not currently in education, employment or training (NEET)
• Want support to build confidence and move towards your goals
We welcome young people from all backgrounds, including those who may have experienced barriers such as care experience, caring responsibilities, mental health challenges, social isolation or difficulties finding work or training.

• Employment Support-CV writing, Job searching, Interview preparation, career advice, Workplace skills

• Life Skills-Communication skills, Teamwork, Problem solving, Time management, digital skills
• Personal development
• Ongoing Support
You'll receive one-to-one mentoring, regular check-ins and support throughout your journey with us.
