If you're aged 18–21, live in Dudley, and you're currently not in education, employment or training (NEET), Pathways2Purpose is here to help.

Whether you're feeling stuck, unsure what to do next, or need someone to support you, we'll work alongside you to help you move forward at your own pace.

What is Pathways2Purpose?
Pathways2Purpose is a free programme that supports young people to improve their confidence, wellbeing and employability.

Everyone's journey is different. That's why we create a personalised support plan based on your goals, interests and circumstances.

Our friendly team will help you build the skills and confidence you need to take your next step into education, training, employment or volunteering. 

Who Can Join?
You may be eligible if you:
• Are aged 18–21
• Live in the Dudley Borough
• Are not currently in education, employment or training (NEET)
• Want support to build confidence and move towards your goals

We welcome young people from all backgrounds, including those who may have experienced barriers such as care experience, caring responsibilities, mental health challenges, social isolation or difficulties finding work or training.

You'll receive one-to-one mentoring, regular check-ins and support throughout your journey with us.

  • Is the programme free?
    Yes, Pathways2Purpose is completely free to eligible participants
  • Do I have to attend every day?
    No. We'll agree a programme that works around your individual needs and goals.
  • What if I'm nervous?
    That's completely normal. Our team provides friendly, supportive guidance in a relaxed environment. 
  • Can someone refer me?
    Yes. We accept referrals from local organisations and professionals, and you can also contact us directly.
